Create a lot file

VIN, specs, title status, condition notes, and pricing — submitted for desk review before the lot can go live on the Dov Auto floor.

Sellers get the same standard buyers see: clear photos, honest title brand, and a live window with soft-close protection. We do not publish incomplete files to inflate inventory counts.

After you submit, an operator reviews disclosures and media. Approved lots enter the upcoming queue, then the live lane when the floor director opens them.

What we need from you

Accurate VIN and odometer reading
Title brand and any lien notes you already know
Condition notes that match what a walkaround would show
Your reserve / start guidance so the desk can set a fair open
